One of many reasons that CHENEY is so UNlikeable...he actually WANTS the United States to be attacked so he could 'prove a point'. (His point being that closing Guatanamo makes the U.S. less safe).
Let me get this straight, you WANT the United States to be attacked? So you'd RATHER have Americans KILLED and the U.S. ATTACKED than closing Guatanomo.
So TORTURING OTHERS is more important than AMERICAN LIVES and the SAFETY of our COUNTRY? 
What a Dlck.

The direct quote is by CIA Director Leon Panetta, "He's wishing that this country would be attacked again, in order to make his point." |

Granted, I realize he's only saying it for political gain...but c'mon, you seriously want Americans to die for political gain? Tone down the message about ten notches, please. |

| Cheney is criticizing Obama's foreign policy, as he is wont to do. I still don't see where Cheney says he wants America to be attacked. He just believes the country is less safe because of the president's policies. |

Tiger Beer, the Democrats are playing games.
First, they define the Republicans as Rush + Dick (this came from top advisers to Obama.. a political strategy).
Then, they focus in on how crazy Dick + Rush are.
Last, the Republican Party, now defined as the radical crazy party (the party of Dick + Rush), sees a defection of moderates.
It is just politics TB. Ignore it.
Meanwhile, the divide and conquer is working nicely, and Mr. Hope and Change, Mr. Diverse and Moderate, is planning to keep (according to Jeremy Scahill on Bill Moyers two weeks ago) the occupation of Iraq rolling for 15-20 years. Mr. Hope and Change is escalating Afghanistan, and all the human rights abusing crap from Bush's second term. And he is allowing banksters to rape the country financially, and for the medial insurance firms to rape the corpse left over from the banksters. 70% of Americans want single payer, universal health care. Obama has the political capital to do it. But he won't. I think I know why. |
