I'm considering not renewing my contract at my public school and instead, changing schools (or switching to a hogwan). I also don't plan to go home in between jobs.

Am I still entitled to get the equivalent of a return flight home paid to me by my school, even though I am not leaving korea? I'm assuming no, but just thought I'd ask in case that money is considered part of our salary out here.
