My school looked up the cost on the internet, and sent this to City Hall to reimburse me.
They are not interested in the cheapest ticket, just the cost via Korean Air.
This may be more than what you will pay to fly with your friend. |

I didn't go home so my school just looked up the price on Korean Air and gave me that price (2.2 mil). Which was nice because there were flights home for about 1.4-1.8 mil.
My friend went back with his wife (who wasn't with GEPIK) and he bought both tickets. Gave the receipt to his school and his school paid him for his ticket.
A receipt and itinerary from the travel agent should be enough. Some schools might want you to save your ticket stub to give them when you get back. |

Forgot to mention, I never went home at that time either.
The contract says that we should get the equivalent fare. |
