I recently bought these from another member on the forum. After lighting up, I noticed they were a little on the strong side - and the pack confirmed they weren't exactly what I would call "lights" at 20mg tar and 1.5mg nicotine. They are duty free from Malaysia.
For anyone looking for a full-flavor, full-strength smoke that they can't find in Korea, I have 15 packs available (1 sealed carton, one half-carton). I live in Haebangchon and work by Gangnam-gu Office Station.
