I taught at Ding Ding Dang in Seongseo, Daegu about a year and a half ago.
It's a pretty decent school. The owner really appreciates the teachers and I've never heard of a problem with pay. Accommodation's were fine - no different than anyone else. There are two locations near each other that I know of - one in Yongsan-dong near Homeplus and the other in Seongseo near E Mart. It's a great area of the city.
PM me if you want more information. |

If possible, have a look at Moonkkang. Or Yale. Most people leave DDD after one year. |

Thanks for that, i had a look at Moonkkang and it looks really nice! I think though im now persuaded to try and join a public school at least for my first year, and if i wanted to, find a decent hagwan while im there if i decide to stay on.
Thanks for your help |

Resume? Christ, I'd just tell people that I had lots of money and travelled rather than adding teaching-in-Asia jobs. |

u might want to rethink that - people r WAY EASILY impressed and everyone knows that overseas jobs look good in ur home country. WAY better than employment gaps! plus, if u teach in OTHER countries besides Korea, as several of us on this board do, u need to list them for the experience and pay. |
