No it doesn't. When was the last time Switzerland or Singapore, or for that matter Hong Kong were at war?

America is drunk on narratives. Too many people have seen Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down and Independence Day and love the idea of the US doing global good work. Problem in North korea? Shit, send in the Marines! On TV, it always goes over so easily.

Capitalism does require permanent war, most markedly in its terminal stages. Once they are done plundering the US, you don't think they'll move on down the food chain until they eventually get to Singapore, Switzerland, and even Swaziland?

Capitalism is private property and the aggregation and dissemination of information as a process to allocate scarce resources.

No, "capitalism" doesn't make war. States do. War makes states and states make war, remember?

State-capitalism is another beast entirely.
