So I moved 4 months or so ago after my divorce. I am thinking that I'd like to move to another area and possibly a bigger place (right now it's around 23 pyeong or so I've been told - I downgraded from 48....) in a couple of months.

Anyone know if it's possible to break a lease after 6 months?

Of course it depends on your landlord, but from my experience you will just need to find the next renter willing to put down the same key money and then you can go. This is very different from America where if you leave a lease early, the landlord keeps your deposit (and maybe makes you liable for remaining months) for breaking the contract.
