Apartment to let in Bulgwang (lines 3 and 6).

Don't read the rest of this post. It's superfluous.

Across the road from 24 hr Burger King and Kim's Club/2001 Outlet/Mr Lee Energy gym (KC also open 24 hours a day), Lotteria, Pizza School, Vips, police office and post office. It's only 2 minutes from the subway and the bus route and taxi stops.

Comes with nearly new fridge, washing machine, and 2-plate stove. It has under cover car parking, and an elevator too.

Maybe I'd be interested if you edited your post to somehow provide less info about the actual apartment.

Bulgwang is a great area. It is right on the edge of Bukhansan park, which could provide 500 weekends of new and different hiking experiences. Plently of restaurants and bars, closer to hongdae and sinchon than a lot of other places- by that I mean a 10K cab ride. Kind of on the edge of Seoul but in a good way. Easy access to car or scooter rides out of town, while still close to the center.

But........

Wtf, why not tell about the apt? Pics? Description at least? Price? C'mon!

No pics because my camera is being fixed, no price because you won't actually be paying ME, I just want someone to live in this building so I can move to my friend's apartment. I can only move if someone moves into this building. And since my school pays the rent here, I have no idea how much rent is, and must first ask certain people who will have to ask other people who then have to ask yet other people. And because this place is half an hour from Itaewon/Insadong, I really didn't think anyone would even bother about reading the entry, much less comment on it. Plus, it's not really my job to find someone to show interest in this apartment, but I'd like to think I can at least try speed up the process.
