*VERY simple clean apartment, 2 bedrooms plus living area/kitchen/bathroom
*behind 3 Alleys Pub, next door to SamRyans
*about 30 seconds walk to subway station
*no Aircon! (the apartment is always much cooler than outside and I have 3 fans so its never been a problem for me)
*no TV but does have gas range, bar fridge, microwave and internet
*king size bed in large sunny bedroom
*sofa bed
*not much else....
*you pay the rent, I'll pay utilities
*available all of July, from 1 July--> August 4th

First of all, this isn't the buy/sell/trade.
Also, why don't you just pay your own rent while you're on vacation? Are you that desperate to have a stranger in your home to save yourself <1,000,000 won?
BTW since Korea's such a hot summer destination I can't imagine why your hostel hasn't been booked yet! |
