I have to go back to Canada this summer and need some help if you, or a good friend wants to take my jobs or live in my apt while I'm gone. I need this all filled ASAP! I want someone who will COMMIT 100% to the jobs. No douche bags or unreliable people please. Here are the details:

APARTMENT:

I have a spacious room available in a 3 bdrm place with all necessities you could need. Bed, internet, TV, balcony, rooftop with bbq, nice bathroom with tub, washing machine, tons of indoor and outdoor plants. If you want pics, I can send them. Basically, the place is pretty nice and well taken care of.

Rent: 450,000won + 1/2 bills / month

Location: Just up the road from Kobawoo in Haebangchon, about 5 min away from Itaewon.


JOB OFFERS:

1. Location: Wangsimni area, line #6, 25 min from HBC.

Description: Kindergarten 10-12:20pm M-F. You get a 35 min break everyday. You can also have lunch too.

Material: provided with books and all the materials you could ever need. Kids are smart and the job is pretty easy. The boss is a cool guy also.

Pay: 35,000-40,000won/hr (might be negotiable) = 1,750,000won per month.

2. Location: Jamwon area, line # 3, 15 min from HBC. You can take the 143 bus from HBC to almost directly outside the school.

Description: Elementary School, 10-2pm (they switch times in the summer to this time) M-Thu, 4 50 min classes with 10 min break in between. School is brand new, co teacher is really nice and helpful and doesn't sit in your class.

Material: All books provided and kids are pretty smart. You have a huge projection screen and computer to yourself too.

Pay: 25,000won / hr = avg 1,900,000won per month.
