There's a Woori Bank in Itaewon. On the same side of the street as the Itaewon Hotel, between it and Hangangjin subway station. |

No. I think you're thinking of Seoul Motel. Itaewon Motel is on the same side of the street as the Hamilton Hotel.
You know where Hamilton Hotel is. Good. Start there and walk towards Hard Rock Cafe. Keep walking. You'll cross an intersection and see Poscapo, La Bocca , Buy the Way, International Clinic, and then Itaewon Hotel. Keep walking. Then you'll see Woori Bank. |

Take your IDs (ARC and Passport), your US bank name, phone number, branch address, account number, routing number, and your Woori bankbook.
Might I also suggest that if you're planning to make transfers a regular thing, head to KEB in Itaewon and open up an account there? They'll issue you an international ATM card and get you signed up for online banking where you can do money transfers from your computer in less time and for a smaller fee. |
