Has anyone whos on KT Megapass had experience setting up a router?
I'm trying to set up a Zio INB5241SRe. I've managed to flash the router with English firmware and I've tried entering my Megapass username and password for the PPPoE. Not sure what to try next.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks |

Wrong forum, but... go to the Zio homepage... that should help you... |

You need to put in your Megapass username/password through the website. When you first load up IE it should redirect you to something like http://start.megapass.net. It's a real hassle and if you close the browser window you may not get that page again...try to clear all cookies/cache and restart and then opening IE again. |

I had problems with other routers so i bought the ANYGATE RG-4500A based on the advise of the guy in the electronics department at my local emart.
this router has auto-setup, so it is literally plug and play. I just connected it and then entered my KT megapass user id and pass when prompted the first time i attempted to load a website. |

I bought the router at Costco and havent had any problems. Just make sure to set up the firewall on the site or others can steal your signal.
If you google it, you can find a step by step process on setting up a router. |

Using a Zio wireless router...The router, itself, does not matter. |
