|
|
So I'm trying to send some of my hard earned won back to America with my bank "USAA."
KB Star is saying that I can not send my money to USAA they way they want me to. USAA has their own intermediary bank, but they guy at KB said I have to use theirs, which sounds really sketchy.
To make problems worse they said foreigners can't use online banking to do international transfers. So how am I supposed to send money home while I'm in America?
Does anyone bank with KB Star and have these problems? |

I had tons of problems with KB so I switched to Daegu Bank. One of the bank managers had me sign some consent forms allowing me to transfer money with a phone call or email authorizing him to do so. Not sure which part of the country you are in, but perhaps it's time to change banks. KB has been nothing but a nightmare for me in all areas of costumer service. |

Thanks, yeah, I could not agree more. They have internet service, but they are making it pain to do an international transfer.
The only thing is, I work during bank hours and my school does not give teachers 'personal time' to do daily tasks like go to banks, hospitals, or what ever...
Looks like I'll have to use my first sick day, just so I can go to the bank.... Backwards country sometimes... |
