It's bloody amazing. Long wonderful spring, breezy, sunny, warm. Summer's startin and still no rain, still sunny. I'm not leaving sweat marks on the seat when I stand up either.
Wow, the nicest spring I have come across in the land of Han.
All goin down nicely with a few mojitos and gin and tonics. Lovin it. |

| All in all it's been about the nicest spring I can remember anywhere. But the time is rapidly approaching when I'll be longing for the 25 degree highs of Vancouver. |

Yes, we are supposed to be getting the nicest Saturday so far come tomorrow. Sunny, warm, pleasant, nice, and all of the above we want out of weather on a day off. Enjoy the epitomy of beach weather. |

This morning when I got back from jogging only about half my shirt was soaked in sweat. That's about my limit of hot weather tolerance.
This weekend my project will be to clean my house up enough that I'm not embarrassed to ask the school admin. guys to come over to try to fix the A/C. |

I'm with you man. I've already been using my AC for the past few weeks. I can't sleep unless it's cold.
I can't stand going over my 1/2 egyptian, 1/2 filipino friend's house 'cuz I start sweating profusely when I walk in the door. "It's not even hot!" she says.
I never used to sweat that much until I came to Korea and gained 15lbs.
I gotta say though, the summers in Chicago aren't any better than the summers here. It was 95 degrees today back in Chicago. |

The summers here do slay me. I tried to get by without AC until last year. The wife and I splurged and got one. We harldy use it cause we are so freakin cheap.
OK she's cheap, I like to rough it. But we have it for those moments when we just can't stand it...for a little respite from the constant 30 degree humid ridden heat...my arse sweats like Pavlov's dog just at the thought.
I used to be the kind of person who needed it to be cold to sleep (I still like it to a certain extent) but now I can't handle my Canuck friends. When I went home for the summer they all complained about the heat while I wore jeans. Every had the AC cranked. It was like walking into a fridge.
My fam came here last year and just about killed me....well after I just about killed them. They tried to stay at my place and we turned the AC on for them....they politely packed up and went to a motel the next day. I found out my 24 degree setting was just too hot for them (I was used to 26-2 . They kept their motel room at a frosty 20. I had to sleep with two blankets when I travelled with them.
This is the first year I don't really feel dread at the coming heat...yes, dread. The unrelenting humidity laden heat of a Korean summer normally makes me think about killing myself....or running back to Canadia...but killing myself would be much cheaper. |

I like to 'rough' it as in yeah, let's go hiking even if it's 30+ - we can always take a nice cool shower afterward. 'Roughing' it as in, there's no A/C at school, it's 10AM and I'm already covered in sweat, and by 4PM I'll be smelling like a hockey locker room isn't exactly my idea of a good time. |

| I use the Aircon when coming home, for about 10 minutes. The reason is because I build up quite a bit of heat when walking, and as soon as I stop walking and enter a building I start sweating. If there is no aircon, the sweat continues to bother me for a good 20 minutes before calming down. The rest of the time I don't usually need the aircon, unless I'm doing something that makes me hotter than normal. |

| Another magnificent day today in Gyeongnam province. High 20s and a nice breeze. Wish school was over so I can go enjoy it. |
