Okay, there's got to be an easier way to do this. I know you have to the testing center at 1566-0090, but I've been trying this all day for a week and can't get through. Is there no other way to do this online? Does anyone have an email address that I can use to get in touch with someone about signing up? I'm about this close---motions with hand---to taking a day off to go up to Seoul and sign up in person.
