Exodus International, a Christian group that believes gays can become straight through prayer and counseling, does not advocate the church's approach, said Jeff Buchanan, director of church equipping.

Sounds like a good example of spiritual science. We just don't understand it because of our tendency to cheat for material gain.

I don't think that's the status quo belief among Christians or ANY religious group. Also, look at the example you picked! Laughable to all but the feeble-minded.
