What company did you use to ship your luggage, laptop computers, etc. home?

How much do companies normally charge?

To add to this question, what exactly draws a customs fee and what doesn't. For example, computers and/or computer parts.

Well, I take 2 pieces of luggage home with me on the plane.

The rest I put in a box (up to 20kg), tape the bejeezus out of it, label it all over with my home address, drag, carry or drive it to the nearest post office, pay up to 50,000 won (depending on weight) and send it on the boat home. Between anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, you will get a notice to go to the nearest P.O. from your home to pick your stuff up.

Easy.

But what about entire suitcases? We will be traveling through China, Tibet, Nepal and India and don't plan on bringing anything with us really...

So what do we do with the large suitcases and the laptop computers? Is there anyway to get them home to the US safely?

Just in case some weird damage happens to all your careful packaging, it's a good idea to put your address on a sheet of paper INSIDE the box too.
