I've done a search of other threads but couldnt find information regarding Joint bank accounts for married couples. My spouse is Korean, and we would like to open a joint account. So far we've had no luck with the Korean banks. Does anyone know if HSBC or any of the other foreign banks do joint accounts for married international couples?
Thanks in advance |

Kookmin can do it. It has nothing to do with being a married couple. You can go open an account with your buddy. You will need name seals.
Probably other banks can do it as well, but CSRs will tell you they can't because they are ignorant of their own nation's and bank's policies. |
