| About 9 years ago I was charged with trespassing. That is my only charge. Do you think I still could get a job in Korea? |

| You could conceivably be denied a visa by the immigration office for any reason whatsoever, including not having a 100 percent clean record. Therefore the correct response is "Maybe." |
