I love macs!
Even through your lack of a detailed comment you have probably said all there is to say.
Obviously this guys software is worth a lot of money. I don't know about in Korea but in the US the court system upheld the right to re-sell software under the "first sell doctrine".
I believe the case had to do with auto-cad software which is typically quite expensive.
That said, most people realize that pirated versions of this software can be downloaded for free although that is obviously illegal.
What then is this computer worth? Perhaps it is worth the price someone who wants this software and doesn't want to feal that they cheated software companies out of their hard earned money (although you won't actually be directly supporting these companies products through buying them used). It obviously wouldn't be worth that much to someone who would just freely download any program they like.
Someone like me, if I wasn't so dedicated to using open source software whenever possible.

Anyone who doesn't take advantage of free downloads whilst living in Korea, must be mad. Get your movies and music without having to buy shitty DVDs and CDs. Therefore, I fail to see why anyone would legitimately pay a dividend for genuine software if you're already a pirate.

I will take your Macbook off your hands if you throw in a 96' Kia pride.

I am guessing that the OP also isn't including the boxes and discs with serial numbers and stuff like that, but just the installed copies of the software. So really, the OP isn't including anything other than downloaded copies as far as the buyer is concerned. Great deal, OP!

BTW, a friend of mine bought a Mac book pro, plus some expensive add-ons, from the Korean Mac store last week for 2,000,000 even. They gave her an education discount with no-questions-asked and no documentation required. I think it requires a Korean to help place the order over the phone, though. Calculating that the laptop offered here is a year old and we have not heard about the warranty, boxes, etc., I estimate the value of the laptop at roughly 1,600,000 (give or take). That puts the value of the unlicensed software he is including at 1,000,000.

I'll be glad to download and send anyone DVD's of all the software listed above for $200. That's a $800 discount on what the OP is charging! Wink

Yo douche, let the man sell his computer in peace.
Especially if you have no intent in buying it.

Trevor:

Do you have problems reading? Because I actually did mention the warranty. I purchased the AppleCare Protection plan...the Macbook is almost 1 year old thus the plan covers the computer for an additional 2 years, you goob.

And where do you get off insinuating that I'm providing pirated copies? Unlike yourself as it seems, I do have morals and wish to pay for goods I use. If you choose to steal, thats your prerogative.

As for others and yourself, if you're not interested in purchasing the computer how about growing up, getting a life and quit making ridiculous posts here.

BTW: with regard to the macbook you mentioned your friend purchased from the mac store in korea...the close equivalent to mine excluding the new battery and DDR3 memory costs over 3 million without the software...if you add iWork and Office 08 it's 3.3million... however if you can get the education discount, its roughly 2.8 and 3.1 mil respectively...The only macbook that can be purchased for 2mil is the 13" model with the slower processor...and that's with a smaller hard disk and no software to boot.
