We get in like 8-15 new words a class from the book but I wanted to supplement it a bit.

Just printing up a list of business vocabulary and talking about it for 5min before we get to the book and main part of the class might not be the most amazing way to do this...

Ideas or websites? I don't need to create too much extra work for myself since I'm doing other prep related to this class already but want a happy student so...

Thanks.

Hi there, I'm working on a project that will help build business (and other) vocab. Please go to www.industrialenglish.blogspot.com I just started it but if you read all four posts you'll be able to see where i'm coming from. I hope you find it helpful- leave a comment and let me know (it's a free thing for the forseeable future- I'm just after feedback right now). thanks a lot,
bbm

Anyone else?

That site is good, but not exactly what I am looking for. I do my own thing with articles but they want to double the amount of vocab we are studying...

Thanks though, I am sure I and others will find that site useful in the future.

What "business language" are you teaching?

Sales, Marketing, Finance, accounting, contract law, management, HrM, etc .....

If you can narrow that down, it will become easier to find what you need.

There are different paths in business, and each have their own "words".

There is no general business language.

Real Estate and Construction.

But I'll take any decent list at this point.

Just an organized list with example sentences and some structure to it to teach / study...
