				| I'd say pretty good.  It is in their best interest to keep you.  I have mentioned a few times about staying at my current school for a few extra months and they have welcomed it.  I am at an elementary school though, looking for a middle school job. |

  You cannot sign an initial contract for 6 months with GEPIK. 6 month extensions with GEPIK are available, but remember, it's not an extension with GEPIK, it's an extension with your school. GEPIK has nothing to do with the process except saying it's ok in the manual. |
