I've already answered a question about English Channel. Search the site and you will find it.

To me, it sounded like a decent deal and I would have jumped if I had not found a position paying more and closer to where I wanted to be.

big, huge split shift but they were paying about 2.2. they said to me when i looked into working there that i would start at 6:30am til 10:30am, then 6:30pm til 10:30pm for the first three months, and then block shifts for the three months and so on throughout the year. they have, i am lead to believe, changed this to a fiftyfifty between block and split shifts, i.e. first six months the worst split shift ever then the last six months the block shift. they do pronunciation for business men/women.

well, I don't know anything about the school, but big splits like that are pretty standard for people who teach adults. One thing to consider- make sure that your housing is very, very close to the school.
