I think I got played like a bad CD via the PM function. What do you guys think?

Quote:
are you a teacher in korea or ever been to korea? can i ask you something

my reply
1)Yes in Korea
2)Yes you can ask me something

Quote:

Ok... its probably going to be something pointless and stupid

across the message boards and forums, not only in Dave's, well apparently mostly in Dave's and also in other forums such as koreabridge, worknplay...

i read postings about how foreigners in korea are "sucessful" when it comes to meeting women, doing "better" in korea than home

is that an exaggeration as if everyone is scoring model type of chicks or is it rather an utter BS?

My reply
If you do very well back home with the ladies
1)and you live in Seoul or Busan
2)and you are under 35
3)not black
You can do alright. However if you live in any of the more conservative country areas such as my town, of 10 foreign teachers, only 1 has had a korean girlfriend for any length of time.
-Do NOT move to Korea to get laid. It is the LEAST likely place in the world.

so... not any white guys will do... ...

ok... do korean girls prefer white guys over kguys?

My reply
There is not a group that prefers to marry/court/date outside their culture. There are individuals who do. I find your question bizarre

Quote:

sorry for the moronic questions... ... i'm in japan so i'm also curious of korean girls... ...

i mean i heard all the crap about how japanese/korean girls love white guys and are all over but... i think... there are "some" truth to it... but it only goes so far...

so... well thanks alot for the help

I'm thinking I got random PMs from an asian dude of some sort.. No english speaker uses the term 'curious of'. But I really wish I had made up a crazy story about hookers and coke now.

Yeah, I got the same PM. I answered it pretty much as you did.

I think you just got hit by stupid.
Change the last statement received to

I'm In Japan and these girls look really different from the Anime...
Korea is right next door and thats where they produce lots of the Anime so I thought I would try there next.

Women are pretty similar everywhere. Sure white gives you + points on the physical and a big + if its her first foreigner. Yet its not a magic ticket to the love hotel.
Lots of people in Japan were surprised that the whitey skindrome wasnt as powerful as they had heard. Personality still counts for something.
Even more important is talking to the women in the first place.
