Can anyoe recommend a site that's free to join, easy to log in to and would allow me to have interesting chats in Korean and English with Koreans who want to learn English?

Thanks. I had a look but it appears I need a citizen's number in order to register then use their messenger/chatting service.
What I'm looking for is some kind of international chatting site that had lots of people doing language exchanges. |

Ya it's more recommended if you're lookin just to meet people instead of a straight up language exchange.
It can be a bit scary sometimes but pretty funny. |

| Well, thanks for the recommendation anyway. I guess I'll just focus on reading and listening practice while I'm in New Zealand and just look forward to having proper conversations once I'm back in Korea. |
