Hi guys,
I'm moving to Busan next Wednesday. Bringing over a few Dvd's that I couldn't live without! They are region 2 (UK & Ireland). I can buy a multiregion here at home, but I'd prefer not to for transportation reasons. |

You can find region free DVD players here rather easily. I bought one at Yongsan mall 3 years ago. I can't quite remember the price, but it wasn't over 50,000W.
Cheers

I think you can get a mutiregion player no problem I would more be worried about if the DVD's are PAL format verses NTSC. Korea is NTSC. Ireland is PAL.

Good Luck! |

| If you search online, most major brand DVD players have a "reset code" which removes all region protection. A long while ago, I "reset" every DVD player in my folks' house--probably about 5. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. It's usually a matter of pressing a few buttons on your remote. |
