I have a few workout videos that I have on my MP3 player, I don't need to actually see the video anymore and they are taking up a lot more space than they would as audio. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how I can convert these videos to audio only files. I know virtually nothing about computers, but can generally figure most things out.

| There's free recording software called Audacity. You can record whatever you're playing on your computer and export it as mp3 etc etc. It should set-up fine, but maybe there'll be a hitch - but it'll only take you 10 minutes to find out. |

| Almost any video program that can convert files can export the audio. You might be able to use the 'save as' or 'export' function and save a video file as an .mp3. |
