I've had it for over a year now and it's in mint condition. No damage whatsoever and all functions of the portable media player are in excellent working order. Hardware and software intact. I bought it for my gf but she barely used it. She's not so big on gadgets and struggles with the menu navigation. As you know, the PMP can bounce from the internal memory of 2G to a SD card of your choice which requires some navigating through on screen menus. Let me know if you have any more questions.
