I know almost everything you eat in Korea is supposedly good for male health.

Are red ginseng pills one of them? So far, different women have told me mushroom caps, dogs and red berries are good for men.

I love how in Korea "Stamina" is a very thinnly veiled reference to sexual power.

I've heard:

"Raw fish gives you.... stamina."
"Eel gives you STAMINA! Male stamina"
etc etc

Lots of food do. Or so the claim goes, I've heard like 4 things mentioned supposedly giving me Stamina Points.

10000 male stamina hp

I'd say 'stamina' is 95% mental. If you believe you can keep going, you will.

For my incredible stamina, I try to think of anything un-sexual. The least sexual thing I can think of is physics. I think of the way an automatic transmission, or a rotary engine works. I can go for hours.

Everything is supposedly good for stamina, so don't believe any of that crap. If they want stamina, they should work out and stop drowning themselves in soju.

Red Ginseng is good for lots of stuff, but I always thought it had more to do with the liver and Jack's inflamed bile duct.

EXACTLY! And they'd quit sucking on those cigarettes, too.

There are three things that are "good for stamina":

  • A healthy diet.
  • A regular exercise routine.
  • conditioning (aka a healthy lifestyle).

As Jay Leno said, "People are willing to do anything to lose weight...except diet and exercise." Well, apparently, men in Korea are willing to do anything to increase their "stamina" except diet and exercise!

Straight up - down two of those bottles of red ginseng juice drinks from 7-11 or where ever 30 mins before you get with your girl and YEs they do improve stamina.

It's worked for me anyhow, not that I needed it (cough cough), but it certainly provides some extra (ahem) oommph in the trouser department lads...

Stamina? It's not the V pill, kimchee, etc...
It's all about being with someone who really turns you on and knows how to keep your interest!
If you are with someone who has no technique and for that matter..if you have no technique....stamina won't matter!
Both men and women have been with someone who does not know how to "get it on." It's a turn off after a while.
Just exercise, jump rope for one hour a day and you'll have plenty of stamina after a few weeks! Now...if she's a dud in bed...why would you want stamina?
My opinion is that if you are not having fun living with her then just move on. Life is too short, you should enjoy it with the person you are with. Plus the longer you wait, the harder it will be to break up (without causing a big mess).

After a good run and some exercise, my "stamina" is increased almost 3 fold, and my "member" size is increased. All exercised and ready for duty.
