				| maybe someone on these forums can help me out, it seems like the answers are always out there somewhere... I am an American working here, and I have a friend who is a certified teacher with an MA in English and speaks native-level English, but she only holds an Argentinian passport. Would she be able to get an E2 visa for a hakwon/public school job?
 thanks to all in advance

				| No. You need a passport from either the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. | |

				| Your friend could not get an E2 to teach English as the above poster stated.
I met a Chinese woman who had an E2 for Chinese teaching. Your friend might qualify for an E2 to teach Spanish if she has a degree from a University taught in Spanish. Immigration may not accept Argentina as a Spanish speaking country though, you would need to check with them.
