I would try one of the many Spanish restaurants or bookstores that
line the main venue. Or try the Spanish quarter of town. You know,
the place that has all the open air cafes with Paella and wine.
I don't mean to be negative, but, do you actually know where you
are? You are about as far away from Spanish lessons as Korea is
to city planning and architecture. |

You might be able to find a place that teaches Spanish in Seoul. Maybe. Definitely not in Suwon. I live in Suwon and know a lot of expats who are fluent in Spanish. I'd try looking for a private tutor among the expat community here.
Good luck |

I've taken spanish lessons from a few people over the years and have just started taking lessons online one to one via skype(to Guatemala). The connection is pretty good and they are well prepared with lots of activities. The best part is it's 10$ AN HOUR

There are more companies if you do a search. I highly recommend it. They are professional with a lot of materials for all levels
There is a spanish hogwan in Jung no in Seoul |
