I signed up fine, but my fiance's having a lot of problems signing up.
He can enter his ID number fine, but when he enters his username and password and stuff, he gets this error:
"Exceptional cases happened.

e-mail : [email protected]

pt.memb.bo.MembCBo.perform()=>ORA-01733: virtual column not allowed here ORA-06512: at "IMTG.TG_PJA02_IF01_BAR", line 4 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'IMTG.TG_PJA02_IF01_BAR' "
Does anyone know what this error is? We tried with different passwords, different user names, etc, but always happened. We're not sure why.
We might just end up buying the re-entry permit at the airport before we leave, but if we do that, how long that would take and where in the airport do we do it? |

And because he can't sign up for an account, he can't submit an online application NOR can he sign up for an appointment, so he doesn't have any choices than buy at the airport |

It's not hard to get at the airport (Incheon I'm assuming).
I've done it before and it took me about 15 minutes. I believe you have to get the permit before getting your tickets (once the airline refused to give my wife her plane ticket until she got the re-entry permit). I've heard that in busy times it can take longer, so I'd get there a bit early.
It costs 30,000 won for the single entry (you can't get the multiple entry at the airport).
I can't describe exactly where it is, but you go past the ticket desks to near where you'd enter the security check. There are signs and the maps all show where it is.
You can also go to your immigration office and get the stamp before you get to the airport. That's probably what I'll do this summer since I have an early flight. |
