Well, take for granted, the OPs stereotype of women only looking at each other out of jealously is incorrect as well.
That being said, I don't agree with what she said there either.
Since when is a guy looking at you head to toe, creepy? I dunno. I've figured it was a compliment.
Unless he's showing off the 'creepy stalker grin'. But then again, I'm sure guys wouldn't appreciate that from a girl either.
