|
|
I have Windows XP Pro, all updates have been done.
With Firefox in "Firefox Mode" the login button on the Korail website doesn't work. I have been using the IE engine to navigate the site.
Starting last night, any attempt to access korail.com with Firefox in IE mode, or with IE itself resulted in a crashed internet connection.
My computer at work (same version of Windows, all service packs etc) works fine.
I scan and update my Anti-Vir program daily.
The only thing that MIGHT have been different is I downloaded some subtitle files last night.
Does anyone else have the same problem? |

Has that site been affected by the Norks attacking it, like some other sites?
Honestly, last time I tried that site 3 weeks ago, it wasn't working properly anyway... windows were sized tall and thin in some weird way. I think it's just messed up. |

The thing is, I can access it from work with same OS and ISP.
I am hoping I don't have to reformat my HDD, but it's starting to look that way.
I update and scan every day, so I am not sure what I may have picked up.

Solution!
On the advice of my computer guy:
Open IExplorer and reset all changes to default.
Now the Korail site works in both IE and in FF with the IE engine running.
A very simple solution to a problem that drove me NUTS for two days. |
