Living in Korea can be stressful.

Mine is on the sofa watching television.

Walking alone in the rain (though a bit cliche) always cheers me up. I think its the sound of the water drops splashing around you that soothes the mind.

My happy place is on the mat. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is an incredible stress-reliever. I'm so glad they have it in Korea.
