I was just hired by a franchise which wants me to work for three different branches of the school in the same city. Is this legal?
I'm really broke at the moment and need the job. What can I do to make this legal ( If anything ) when I obtain my E2 visa? Please get back to me as soon as possible! |

| Yes, it is legal to do so. You are employed by that franchise not by the branches. Schools have branches (especially older, established schools) because expansion into its immediate surrounds is near impossible. |

No this is not true, you can do it but you need every location added to your arc card, if they won't agree to this run away. Unless you are talking about a public school (didn't look like it tho). Then you can work at more than one school
Source: friend that was busted, spent 2 weeks at immigration and then deported. He was working at one of the branches when immigration was busted, they looked at his ARC card noticed the address of employment was different and took him in (as well as four other people).
