I can't stress Uniqlo enough for skinny jeans! Also, they hem the jeans for you for free. They're about W39,000-W50,000 if I remember correctly.

Addendum, there's an H&M opening in Seoul 2010, I think, if you're going to be around.

hehe i saw the title and thought uniqlo also. i think i remember seeing some at guardinos (sp?) also. you know the place that has those happy face tshirts
