Would like to know from people in the know.
If an apartment is advertised at 5mil key money and 1 mil per month rent what is the reduction in monthly rent if you increase the key money.
That is, if I pay 10 mil key money - how much would the monthly rent be reduced to?
On a side note, can anyone tell me of any decent gyms around the Haebongcheon/Noksapyeong are. Haven't decided where I will move in Seoul but this could be an area depending on such facilities as a good gym.

How is the landlord going to make 500 a month on 5milllion won?
I think the formula is 10million won/=100 less a month. Could be a bit different for studios of course. |
