Are there any Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga studios in Korea? Where at?
I see that there is a Bikram Yoga studio in Seoul somehere, but I cannot find it's exact location. I'm having trouble finding info online. Anyone know?
Are there any outside of Seoul?
I'm trying to figure out where to have my next journey into the heart of insanity, I mean, my next contract in Korea. And I plan on doing some serious yoga while i'm there to keep my head straight. I'm trying to find a location with a good yoga studio nearby.
What about other forms of Yoga? Any good Kundalini studios? I love to have the heated room, but I suppose I could do without it.
Thanks a lot people. |

Check out this website for yoga in Apgujeong: http://www.bikramyoga.kr/
I've also seen a hot yoga place by the City Hall plaza and another near the Express Bus Terminal. |

They have tons of branches all over, I've personally been to the one in Kangnam (by Kyobo Tower), in Sinsa (by the bus station) and in Apgu (out of exit 4 and down an alley by Smoothie King)
I'm sure they have other branches all around.
I'm actually trying to sell off my membership in Kangnam if you happen to be in that area cuz I'm moving if you're interested too (just a thought)

But yeah, check those places out. None of them really spoke any English however. Also, the webpage is apparently only good in IE =/ |

Awesome, thanks a lot for the info.
That hotyogakorea site looks interesting, but it's all in Hangul, no English huh?
I was hoping to find a studio outside of Seoul in a smaller city, because I do not intend to move to Seoul, i'm sure i'll find it. It's looks like there are more of them in Korea than I thought. |
