Small, but nice and cheap. Located between Kyodae stn. and Nambu bus terminal stn. There's no Jonsei, but requires six months pay in advance. So two payments of 2,280,000 one at start of contract, and one half way through the year. Also add a couple months pre-paid by me until December.
Available for Sept.
email for line drawing of layout. Has small laundry room, bed, fridge, micro, toaster over. I'll be leaving some stuff too if you want it. Bookshelf, computer table, clothing dryer, kitchen stuff.
