I think the question is, where was it sent? If it was sent to an apartment, then it could have been delivered (multiple times if they do that in Korea) and no one was around to receive it.

Whenever I get stuff sent, I give the school's address cause that's where I am during the week, and there is always someone there to receive.

If the buyer did this then the next question is, did you notify your school that a package would come? Was your name clearly written on it with the necessary -eup, -ri, or -dong?

I wouldn't be surprised if it has been sent to some other place.

I'm not responsible. Sorry.

Yeah, by quoting this, he means he didn't have to send it because he would just say it was "lost in the mail".

I thought we all said not to buy the software in the first place. I don't remember the thread.

Considering it was sent to their residence, who knows where it is now. I also agree with ChinaBoy, why did you buy software to be only shipped? You could have at least had the file sent online first.

If there is an issue about getting it to the right format, then I would have met in person, cash for a CD, manual, and box.

the software was for windows (korean version + cd key) i use to buy cheap software back at home from people who had some kind of "hook up" didnt come in a fancy box but came with a cd key (whether or not it was stolen, copied or legitimate)

now i knew the risk when i purchased this item. im not going to cry over 13,000 won. this thread was a simple warning to those who may have purchased more expensive things from this guy. one guy posted earlier that his transaction went smoothly so maybe mine did "get lost in the mail" or something.

If he wants to quote ebay policies, he needs to PROVE he mailed it. If it got lost and you didn't pay for insurance, well then that's your fault.

He has no proof of mailing.
