If this scenario happened in the a western country, it would probably look much different. Steel cage match, RRRRumble!

Oh lordy... witnessed the fall-out when somebody parked behind another car outside a resturant today.... two adjoshies head to head, red faced, arms waving like they were trying to take off.... respective families just waiting for the 'grown-ups' to finish their little tiff...

seriously... the car was not trapped... a bit of carefully manouvering and it would have been perfectly free... lots of room. Or failing that, a simple, "hey mate, would you mind just backing your car a few inches... just so I (with my inadequate driving skills) can reverse directly in a straight line from where i'm parked"

Serious question for you: When's the last time you saw someone driving a car here with careful maneuvering?

The funny thing is that all this vote blocking is about who can start a television network. It all boils down to money. Everything in this world comes down to money - haves and have nots. sad.
