Basically I would like to see the interest in anyone wanting to buy my playstation 3 as soon as possible because (and I know this sounds really picky) I want to buy a 60gb playstation 3. So...here are the details for mine-- 40Gb, Platinum color, and one controller (platinum). It comes with the box with Korean instructions and all, and just the regular av inputs (yellow, white, red). It still looks mint condition and operates great too. I bought this used off a guy who barely played it before, so I think its about a year old from store purchase.
If I cant get the 280,000KRW that Im looking for, I'll just keep the machine so no big deal if this price seems too expensive for anyone.
Anyways, if interested please hit me up on my email- [email protected].

you know, you can just buy a new hard drive and upgrade the ps3. Sony itself tells you how to do this in the owner's guide and on the web. And downloaded games are tied to the user account, not the machine. |

good point. i bought a used 40gb and put in a 250gb easily. plug in a usb drive and backup all your information -- then, put it back onto the 250gb hard drive. much cheaper than selling and buying a new system. |

Last I heard, no NEW PS3s do backward compatibility. I'm assuming you're going to buy a used PS3 from someone else, then.

yeah exactly. The 60gb that I want, I think, is the only one that has the full backward compatibility. Its supposed to play all playstation one and two games. |

The 20gb and some 80gb PS3 systems also do PS2 games. I doubt you'll find any 20gb consoles. |

I might be selling what was a 20 GB model which now has a 320 GB HDD in it in a couple of months, if you can wait. I'm leaving at the end of September. I could sell it with or without games, haven't thought it out, but let me know if you're interested.
I put the hard drive in a few months ago, and it works flawlessly. |
