Attorney Elizabeth Ritter was protesting Free Trade when she was shot by police in the back. Later cops were caught on one of their own videos laughing about it.

Watch it here.

Bah, it was a rubber bullet. Sure it hurts, sure it's improper, and sure your post is false advertising.

After seeing the titles for some of the other videos and "articles" on that site, I'll give a pass to viewing anything from such blatant anti-semites.

I love it when protesters are injured for failing to listent o the police and then we're supposed to feel sorry for them when things go badly.

Attacking the messenger and name-calling are usually used when one is unable to refute substance.

Cangel: From where are you getting your information? There is nothing in what I posted to indicate she was failing to obey a police order.

What's the big deal? The police are laughing about was is, for them, a humerous event. It's called "institutional humor". Lawyers joke about idiot clients, Teachers joke about foolish students. Cops and Soldiers joke about good shots.

She failed to obey a lawful order from the police. What did she expect? Personally, I feel, she wanted to get shot. It justifies her beliefs in her mind.

If anyone has anything about a lawful order from the police, I wish they'd post a link. It is not in the OP.

Although I could be mistaken, I am quite confident that the police told the protesters to disperse or face the consequences. When that command is given, people should leave not just walk backwards as the riot police force them down the street.

On the video the Police note that they gave the order for people to move back. The lawyer chick disputes that but I don't see anyone else disputing it. Also, the Police are NOT investigating the shooting or attempting to determine who took the shot. That leads me to conclude that their internal policies concerning the use of force have been satisfied.

Looked like a nice clean shot to me.
