Do you need plates and a license for a 125 or is it still classed as a scooter |

Technically you do need a licence and a plate, but most foreigners I know don't, especially for a 125cc. I've been pulled over once for driving on the bus lane and the cop saw I didn't have a plate or a licence but he let me go because he didn't want to go through the hassle. |
