I'm currently floating on a D4 visa, which expires in September. After that, I was thinking about taking some time off studies and travelling a little bit in China and/or Japan. I'm curious what I would need to do this - Do I need to apply for a visa to visit say; Shanghai, beforehand, or can I get stamped with a tourist visa?
Also, for those of you on D4 visas, if by letting it expire and returning to Korea later in the year, I assume there would be no problem getting a new tourist visa stamp? And, would I be able to use the same 등록증 once applying for a new D4 later in the year? |
