Hi everyone,
Does anyone have experience on crossovers at both these airports?
Basically im am flying from Dublin to Frankfort, changing flights to Frankfort to Munich, then flying from Munich to Seoul.

Im a little concerned at the time I have inbetween the flights as there is only 45 minutes stopover in Frankfort and only 50 minutes stopover in Munich.

Is this enough time to make my flights? Will i be ble to stroll fromm departure gate to departure gate? Or will I be sprinting pushing and fighting my way between gates?
Ive done long distance travelling and stopovers before but ive always had loads of time for the stopovers.
Past experience will be greatly experienced.

A 45 minute layover is ALWAYS tight. In addition you will have to go through immigration both times! I'd say you've got a 50% chance of making it for 1 flight...for both 25%? Get a better schedule.

Frankfurt is a monster airport... I wouldn't bet on you getting through there in under 45 minutes. haha Its the most impressive building I've ever been in.

I got through Person in under 15 minutes though!

For those of you who are interested, and for all of you who dont care, I made the flights with about 10-15 minutes to spare thanks to a mixture of german efficiency, long legs and a little bit of luck. on baggage claims i was met with a massive sign with my name on it claiming my baggage didnt make it! but it got delivered to the school the next day so it was no big drama!

Did you try to change the flights, or would the school have changed them for you?
I wouldn't be comfortable with that schedule-unless they have some concrete plan if you miss a connecting flight.
Do they plan for delays?
Hope you're settling in well

Immigration in the EU is usually just a flash of an EU passport and stroll on through, no real hassle at all

I wouldn't recommend that flight pattern either, there are any number of flights from dublin to seoul with just one stop over...London / paris / amsterdam and even frankfurt all fly to seoul

Well the school wanted me to come on that date at the latest, and I wouldnt have been able to come earlier then that date, and there wasnt a large range of flights that day anyway so I took a risk. Stupid, I know! Luckily it worked out despite my bags going missing and the total travel time from Dublin to Seoul was only about 13 hours.
And Im settling in pretty good! It was like winter when I left Dublin!

The day I left Ireland was a nightmare, snow everywhere, was nervous of the flights being cancelled or delayed, but that wan february '07
