What do you think the percentage is for those who actually complete a contract in Korea? What's the percentage for those who run away? |

This is my second year. I came back, not thinking that I would. Last year, I finished my year contract, even though at times I thought to myself I'd be better off elsewhere, or days where I could totally rationalize quitting in my head. I think with all the frustrations Westerners face here, a lot of people have those same feelings, but that's part and parcel of living in a different culture. Even with all the BS, it can be almost harder to leave, logistically. So, as far as what I've seen around me, I would say unless your life is a living nightmare here, the majority of people stay. |

was it financial abundance that made you sign up for the second year? |

More like the zero job opportunities in America right now. But yeah, there are definately financial incentives being here. You can pay off your student loans, debt, etc. much faster when you aren't paying rent and your cost of living in general is low. |
