And can I buy it in Yongsan:
80 GB HDD
1 GB RAM
XP Korean Version
Low-end video card capable of playing Youtube videos
Processor capable of running itunes and iExplorer simultaneously
What do you think the price is without the monitor and peripherals? |

Less than 150,000.
Go to the real down-market, used parts guys in Sunin-Plaza, Yongsan. You can identify them easily. Their shop-unit is just a jumble of old computer parts. Nothing is new or boxed. |

Thanks!
Will it come preassembled or will I need to pick out the components and wait around for a few hours? Ideally the parts would be new.
Also, would it be possible to have some sort of warranty should we need to take it to the A/S center? |

The components you suggest are all 5 year old tech. I don't even know if you can still buy a new 80GB HDD.
If you want a rock-bottom price, and you only need light internet and video capability, then go for the cheapo used parts guys in Sunin Plaza. They'll build you something in 30 minutes with old parts for as cheap as you want to go. You won't get a guarantee with this kind of used build. Maybe if the guy you happen to use is in a good mood, and you smile enough, he'll give you a gentleman's guarantee for 6 months.
If you want new parts, then you may as well get higher spec parts, because thats what's being sold now. The new parts will be guaranteed for 1 year. If a part breaks you bring it to the manufacturers A/S center. Not the vendor you bought it off.
Expect to pay 400,000 plus for a cheap but new PC. |

I think "Refreshed" means "Refurbished," but still a decent price.
