Hello, I have some money and bills left over in Korea and I need to contact Hana Bank and do some phone banking. I am now back home in Canada. Is there any way that I am able to do this by phone. I have spoken to about 4 different people after calling (02) 2002-1603, which i found on some 3rd party sight. After i got re-routed 'bout 4 times I spoke to a man who couldn't help me and did not know how to explain why in English. I looked at the website and my lack of any Hangul skills has not allowed me to decipher who/what number to phone. If anyone has any insights into how to contact the English speaking telephone banking department it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I will just send a buddy my bank card and get him to do it all. Thanks
